Extras

If you would like to use the towels and linens at the cottage, an additional fee of $75 will be added.
There is a $125 cleaning fee added to each reservation.

Cancellation Policy

$100 is collected at time of booking. The final amount on the total is collected one month ahead of check-in.
Advise of cancellation 60 days in advance of check-in and I will return all but the $100 deposit (if you’ve provided anything above the deposit).
Advise between 30 and 60 days of check-in and I will return all but 20% of the total booking. If I can re-rent the property I will return all but the $100 deposit.
Within 30 days of arrival the booking cannot be canceled. If I can re-rent the property I will return all but the $100 depsoit.

Bookings are available 8 months in advance.
